Good location — close to the city center but quiet. The apartment is spacious and generally matches the photos. Useful appliances like a washing machine and dishwasher are available.

The street has a steep incline. The apartment is in a semi-basement. The key box code didn’t work at check-in, and the host was hard to reach. Wi-Fi name and password didn't match, so we had to make a full reset, as the host was unresponsive. Poor bathroom ventilation with mold and drain flies. The gas water heater kept shutting off during showers. We couldn't take a warm shower, not even once. Recommend opening the doors of cabinet where the heater is located (we assume it was overheating due to closed doors and shut down constantly). No basic supplies were provided (detergent, trash bags, etc.). The courtyard and entrance are not lit at night — bring a flashlight. Very difficult car access, especially for sedans.

Beautiful and spacious modern house. Located in the heart of the city.

Quite a few bulbs were out but they needed three days to replace it. Was difficult to communicate with the host as they were only available through booking.com chat or a call, not available through WhatsApp. Would have appreciated to have basic tea/coffee set up in the house.
