The kitchen had all the appliances and equipment and some extras. It was clean and comfortable. The host was excellent. Went out of their way to help.

Bed was just a bit harder than my preference but ok

Overall, the experience was very good. Nice apartment and friendly host. We had a great time staying here.

The house is in a great location with lots of green trees and very calming. We mostly eat outside, but if you need to cooke the house is very well equipped. The city center can be reached very easily with the public transportation, which is fast and very clean. The tourist card included pretty much everything, busses, trains, cable car within the region, saved us a lot of money. The host is very understanding and willing to help.

The clean and cozy place for family.

Lovely stay even though it was very brief. Karin was a fabulous host. Met all of our needs graciously. Came in person to show us around and give details on the area for restaurants, groceries etc. The apartment was very well stocked with great little touches. So nice to have a coffee with milk first thing in the morning. We haven't been provided with this treat on our travels. The bed was really comfortable, good shower, lovely and warm apartment. We highly recommend this stay in Bolzano. Karin also provides bus free passes for Bolzano.

We loved each and everything! The owner lady was really really kind and helpful, she gave us all instructions about the apartment when we arrived there. She told us that Renon is a wonderful place and although it wasn't on our plan, we visited there and the view from the cable car was more spectacular than we expected and we enjoyed a wonderful view of Bolzano. You can use the travel card she provides to go there! Thanks for everything, Karin!

One point was that the hot water for the shower was unstable, turning cold or hot.

When we had difficulty finding the accommodation ( we were having trouble with GPS), we rang and the host came to get us on a scooter She filled us in on everything that we needed to know and sent a few emails with more info Much appreciated The apartment was very well stocked and roomy Great bed and hot shower Great view to mountains Even a bottle of bubbly in the frig!!! Parking was at front door and there was a lift Would definitely recommend

You get plenty of opportunity to walk up hills if you wish to but there is a bus which runs frequently and you get a pass for free travel on the buses They take you into centre.
