Great location, right on the beach. We had access to the hotel facilities, and the apartment was well equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, and kitchenette. Key pickup was easy and smooth.

It wasn’t clearly mentioned in the apartment description that no cleaning service is provided during the stay, we stayed for 7 nights. I didn’t like the pillows or the mattress. On the first night, we only had 3 pillowcases, and the pillows were old and smelled bad. Upon request, we received fresh sheets and towels. The staff is friendly, but not very helpful.

Superb location in a lovely hotel complex. Staff in the hotel were very good, and you get a key card to access the gate to the beach etc as well as use of the hotel facilities. The room was well designed and decorated with most things thought through very well - had basically everything you could need (although some newer pillows and more pillow covers wouldn't go a miss). Very clean and great view too with room to dry clothes etc. Definitely would recommend.

Not the fault of the room/IVI but the cleaners store for that floor is adjacent to the bedroom. Every morning the cleaners started all you could hear was the pipes rattling and it would always wake you up. Found it very difficult to get sunbeds in the hotel, meanwhile the hotel next door were policing it and had hundreds of free beds. Again more of a hotel issue than the apartment let.

Great location

Booked with Booking.com but it was a rented apartment owned privately in the hotel. Stayed over the Xmas break and the hotel was closed except for booking a room. No bar no pool and no restaurant open, plus the pool area was closed as building work was going on. They were tiling the pool area, so you had a kango drill each morning at 8am until about 4pm. The room was fine but everything else was a disaster, when making the booking there was no notice of this closure so basically we were stuck in an empty hotel at Xmas. When I complained to IVI asking to leave the hotel and return 3 nights paid so I could book into a nearby hotel they refused and offered me 3 nights stay at another time for free. Through many messages on WhatsApp with IVI I refused the offer of moving to the Sol Timor and vista Maria apartments as sol Timor was also closed. When I contacted Booking.com at first they were very helpful but eventually took the side of IVI and stated as I booked the apartment and not any other facilities in the hotel so therefore what I booked was provided. I find this completely a load of nonsense. PEOPLE NEED TO BE AWARE THAT IVI ARE ONLY RENTING THE APARTMENT AND NOTING ELSE. This spoiled our holiday and Xmas break and we had a 12 year old with us made the days very hard and long as we had no pool area lie out and if you did the ongoing works would of made you cry.

Lovely apartment in an excellent location. We arrived early and the team were really helpful in arranging an earlier check in. This was much appreciated as we were travelling with young children. Great views from the balcony. Excellent kitchen facilities including washing machine in the bathroom. Very comfortable beds and 2 smart tvs in the apartment. Overall a great base for a family holiday.

There was nothing in particular we didn't like. Everything about the apartment was fantastic and we would definitely return in future.
