Cludfan (Cosy Place) - in the heart of Llandudno

Well supplied kitchen, and bathroom, great views , quiet location. USB ports at plug sockets great addition. Decor very nice. Bottle of fizz left in fridge. Some condiments left in cupboard which was a nice surprise. Fantastic books in living room. Sofa very comfortable. The owner obviously takes pride in her holiday home and was available if we needed anything. Good communication from owner.

I'm a bit fussy about light so take with a pinch of salt. !! Blind in bedroom didn't block any light out. We stayed in July and l struggled to block light out with throws and curtains hooked up . Shame as curtains in living room were heavy and would of been great in bedroom. Instructions for microwave would of been useful. The lights in the bathroom are too numerous and far too bright. An option to override the sensor would of been good. Light switches off when you are in the shower.

The kitchen was lovely and a nice place to stay.Jackie,the host was lovely too.

Absolutely nothing.

A fabulous apartment, lovely decor, plenty of storage space in the bedroom, a well equipped kitchen and lovely modern bathroom. But most importantly it was very comfortable and clean. I had a very friendly welcome from the owner who was extremely helpful with practical suggestions and places to eat/ things to do, and helped me carry my luggage up the stairs. It’s in an ideal location, 5 minutes walk from the train station and close to bus stops. Also a short walk to the promenade, pier and lots of fabulous shops, bars and places to eat. I would definitely stay here again.

This apartment is on the top floor so there were about 50 stairs to climb to get up there. This wasn’t a problem for me, (I need the exercise) but it’s something that a person with mobility difficulties would need to be aware of.

Beautiful decor, central location for everything in Llandudno. Lots of shops and places to eat nearby and not far from Mostyn Street and the heart of Llandudno. Little extras like Prosecco in the fridge, sweets in a bowl in the kitchen and little toiletries in the bathroom were much appreciated. Very friendly informative host in Jackie and nothing was too much trouble. Utensils and well appointed kitchen and gorgeous walk in shower. Huge bed with marvellous tempur mattress. Would definitely stay again. As it is the top floor of an old Victorian building, would not be ideal for disabled persons or someone with a disability/lung problems, as multiple flights of stairs to climb.

The property is gorgeous (exactly like advertised) and spotless. Jackie was the perfect host and had every amenity you could possibly need. There was a bottle of Prosecco and water bottles in the fridge on arrival as well as a surprise birthday cake for my partner, all was a lovely surprise and special touch. We visited Indulge which came recommended by Jackie and it did not disappoint (I strongly recommend the duo of duck). Everything was a stones throw away and in walking distance. I cannot fault our stay and our apartment was a stand out in Llandudno.

Clean, well decorated, good amenities, central just was lovely

The lovely apartment is situated a short walk away from the town with pubs and shops close by. Firstly we were pleasantly surprised at how spacious the apartment was with separate lounge area from the kitchen and the bedroom. My partner and I are avid cooks and tend to stay in properties with cooking facilities. This apartment is the best equipped holiday let we have ever had the pleasure to stay in. We was literally short of nothing. Jackie left us Milk and a lovely bottle of wine on arrival which was an unexpected lovely gesture. We had such a lovely stay we have booked again to go back in February and to also enjoy some more North Wales walks. We drove to Newborough beach and did a 5 mile stroll, we can recommend this a nice walk if you are looking for places to visit.
