Heritage Honey - Walk to Octagon, Museum & Cafes

The house was cosy and welcoming. Small lounge but the rooms were spacious. Perfect for the three of us. It had all the essentials, was clean and comfortable, and had a lovely charm that made our stay feel like a true little getaway.

The location was definately handy for walking into town, however we also had a car and the parking wasn’t always easy because the street is busy and there’s no allocated space. Top tip: the walk back is uphill, so keep that in mind if you’re heading out on foot. The traffic noise at night was noticeable too, although it became less of an issue as our stay went on.

Parking was a real problem. Permanent resident living in back unit was very noisy, 4am in morning wasn't a good time to be awake when on holidays...

A beautifully renovated property, well heated and well equipped. We really only wanted comfortable beds and ablutions facilities and didn't make much use of the well equipped kitchen, etc. but it seems to have pretty much everything one would want if required. The underfloor heating in the bathroom was wonderful.

Beautiful Home, Central Location

This is a really cool Victorian style home that would be a good place to stay for several days.

There aren't any major issues with this unit. The age of the building comes with a few limitations. It's not a short walk to very much, but if you're in good shape and the weather is nice, there are a lot of things within a few km.
