USAdorable apartment, sunny, and comfortable. Cute decor. Attentive, helpful, friendly, accommodating staff - when we needed to add an extra night at the last minute, she worked with us to make that happen. The location was decent, about a twenty minute walk from the city center. The walk into town was hilly, included stairs, felt safe, and was not unpleasant.
No AC and only one fan - it would have been nice to have a couple more fans.

AUThe place was really spacious and comfortable.
Being in June / July it was peak summer and without aircon the place did get quite hot. There was a fan but would still need a bit more on the 38 degree days we were experiencing. The booking.com confirmation said there would be free toiletries however there wasn’t even hand soap let alone other toiletries.
AUEasy to get to from the Siena central station that’s to the escalators ! It’s also about 20-25 mins walk to the old town of Siena. Facilities like kitchen and washing machine were very useful. Overall a comfortable stay.
Our bed was soft and sinking towards the middle. However this is a subjective preference of ours as we prefer a firmer mattress. This did not affect the overall impression and experience for us.
