Area is a bit quiet at night and a bit of a walk into town through quiet streets, otherwise everything perfect

The location next to the marina and tavernas is great. It’s not too far (3 minute drive) to lovely beaches. The bed was super comfy .. the apartment was spotless!! Lovely touches and up to date appliances.. everything had been thought about. Had the pleasure of meeting the owner and his little family .. charming and helpful. Thank you.

I'd never been to Kalamata before and was SO happy that I chose this wonderful apartment! I originally booked for only 2 nights but quickly realized that was not going to be enough. I was lucky to be able to extend for an additional 2 nights. The apartment is lovely, luxurious, and has a fabulous view. It's even better than the photos, immaculate, and easy to park your car. I was staying in Kalamata to visit the ancient site of Messene, and that was perfect, but I did also visit some places in Kalamata. The castle is a miss IMO. But I did visit the fantastic small Archeaology Museum. I loved being at this apartment just above the marina, it was raining a lot and the apartment was a perfect place to hang out with a beautiful view. Skippers cafe/restaurant at the end of the marina has fantastic food. You can't go wrong booking this apartment!

Beautiful and clean apartment with amazing sea view, onsite parking included. Close to good restaurants and walking distance to centre of city, Short drive to lovely nearby beaches. Great value for what you get, definitely exceeded our expectations. Will stay here again in future.

Everything about the apartment was great, nothing to fault.

The view is astonishing! The apartment was very clean and the owner thought about each detail. In the kitchen has everything you need to prepare food and coffee. Even for the washing machine they left detergent pods! I can’t say even one backwards

Nothing ( but a microwave might be a useful addition
