La tele le faltaba poco para caerse tenía miedo de tocarla, las paredes sucias, les falta bastante ser pintadas, los magnetotermicos completamente a la vista y del año 1 antes de cristo, en electricidad no han renovado demaciado, el grifo, cerradura y puerta bastante parecido y algunos detalles más de casa olvidada y antigua, la única ventaja esque en general estaba bastante limpio y lo peor de todo esque las fotos no se parecen casi nada

La ubicación está bien

El personal que lo lleva es muy desagradable. El apartamento no está limpio. El balcón tiene vistas a un patio interior. Al hacer la reserva no dejan claro que hay que pagar una fianza para alquilarlo

The location was perfect for us. The room had a small area to cook and make coffee every morning. We had access to a washing machine, and the hot Servilla weather in August dried our clothes so quickly on the balcony. The host contacted us throughout the stay to make sure we were happy, which we were. The supermarket is around the conner and underground parking across the road. It's a little pricey but otherwise great that it's so close.

Getting into the building wasn't clear, and we were lucky someone walked past and opened the entrance door to the building, but once we were in, the lockbox was easy to find.

Location

It wasn’t clean enough, to much noise, bed too small, old and itching bedsheets.

It was very close to the city centre and it was quiet, very comfortable and not too warm.

No complaints.

The location for the feria and visiting the triana neighborhood is great.

Stay away from this place!! It was falsely listed as a 1 bedroom when it's actually a studio. We specifically stay in 1+ bedrooms as I have to work during our stays. The host refused any refund or to work with us in any way after lying about the space. I see now it's been updated to a studio so I guess it had mattered, even though they insisted it was our fault for not realizing it was a studio. The apartment was filthy, with hairs in the bathroom and bed, mold in the shower, stained curtains, and the pillows reeked of smoke. Every other detail of this place was sad and in need of upkeep, like the bedside lamps that had nowhere to be plugged in but were placed there anyway and the fact that the wifi router was nowhere to be found. I don't understand why some people choose to be hosts when they're so careless and disingenuous. I wouldn't stay in this place for free; we left after 1 night.

Apartment is very near the center of city, clean and it has everything you need for 1 night stay

Little bit small for a family of four(2 adults and two children). Size is very good for solo travelers and couples.
