Macha 3 - Hot Tub-Perth-Pets-Family-Luxury-Cabin

A beautiful cabin with so much space for myself and my two daughters. It was very clean and decorated beautifully with everything included like towels, toiletries and a hairdryer. Each room can be easily warmed throughout and the bedding was fluffy and cosy. Great having the hot tub which was kept warm and clean throughout our stay. Lots of great attractions and restaurants locally to enjoy. I will definitely be booking again.

Lovely location, pretty little complex, very quiet. Hot tub was lovely. Double bed was comfy.

Cabin was comfortable and had the potential to be a luxury place, however it looked tired and in need of refurbishment/repairs. Doors were difficult to lock/unlock, bathroom had some mold, a few window fittings broken . Wardrobe doors didn't slide Fridge door didnt close properly so freezer compartment was unusable due to ice build up. Modernisation needed and the addition of usb sockets (almost everywhere has them now )and some proper lighting is needed. The two single beds had broken slats and mattresses were not comfortable at all.

Nice quiet location from which to relax which we were looking for.Host had also decorated for my arrival as we were here for my 20th wedding anniversary.

The property is located in a lovely wooded area, just 10 minutes from Perth. The kitchen is reasonably well equipped and modern and the beds are comfortable. The hot tub is lovely and easy to use and very private.

There are many places where a little more care would benefit the property - the front door glass and balcony glass are filthy, as is the decking with bird poo - requires a good jet wash. The lighting is poor, the bedrooms are really dark. I’m not sure what’s on the wood in the bathroom but it’s unappealing. Cleaning was poor, as we entered the property there was rubbish on the gravel outside, toys missed from previous guests, cobwebs high and low, hairs on bedside table, dust on fixtures and fittings.

Tv not working properly Living door top hinges hanging off A spare toilet roll would have Balcony has 2 screws sticking out of top of one of the posts which is a bit dangerous!

I called a few days before arriving to confirm the details. We arrived at 4pm and the cabin was unlocked. The beds hadn't been changed, there was used toiletries in the bathroom, dirty towels in the bathtub and no toilet roll. We phoned, texted, used the emergency number, left increasingly distressed messages and emailed as we didn't know if the booking had been cancelled. Eventually we messaged via Facebook and told them that we were going to have to book somewhere else unless they responded to our many, many messages. We were then told the cleaners must have cleaned the wrong cabin so they'd send someone round. We were due at a party at 7pm and the cleaners finished cleaning at 6.15. So we missed the beginning of the party and we were really stressed trying to get ready in time. We were given a box of chocolates as an apology and told the management would get in touch with us. I sent an email when I returned home. A week later and no response. Totally furious about the terrible service!! Plus, we had hoped to use the hot tub on our first day but we couldn't as we spent so much time trying to get the host to contact us. Lastly, and the most difficult part of the experience. We were so late to the party that we missed seeing our 2 year old grandson in his party outfit as he was too tired to stay so was taken home.
