It was most definitely a cozy little basement apartment. We accessed it easily and enjoyed all the amenities.

There wasn’t much to not like. There was a laundry room with a jar of quarters to use. I think if it was a 1 1/2 or 2 bathroom space it would be better but other than that, the kitchen was stocked and it’s really an open space just steps from Wrigleyville.

Location was excellent. Easy walk to Wrigley Field and area around Wrigley Field. Easy walk to "L" train station. The house is located in a very safe neighborhood. House has plenty of room and it sleeps very well.
