Location was great, property contact was fantastic
There was only one hanger in the closet, The A/C would not go below 72 degrees with no fans in the living area. The instruction sheet was outdated (told us to get key fobs which we spent 15 minutes searching for downstairs and didn't need). No wifi address or password provided (had to call). Burnt out light bulbs in bathroom and kitchen. Only one mirror in the entire unit, no full-length. One hook to hang a towel on. Mildew on shower curtain liner, Freezer was full of frost and refrigerator wasn't cold. One kitchen wash cloth and no kitchen towels. No place to set a drink down in the living area.

Location was perfect for the convention center. It was contactless check in and at 2:30 I received the 2 codes to check into the building as well as the apartment itself. Had plenty of towels for our party of 4. We didn't use much else there as we were mostly at the competition, but it was perfect for what we needed.
