The location of the condo was very close to the beach. Nice and quiet area. The unit I stayed at had view to pool > towards the beach. The place was clean enough. Plenty of towels for the bathrooms.

The few gripes I had with the location. The building is on the elevated, parking at the ground floor and you have to find the entrance to the building, red door marked “entranced.” To walk two flights of stairs to the first level. The sound insulation of the building is not good at all. For unit j104 next to the stairs you can hear the people walking up/down the stairs. You can also hear the upstairs neighbors. The middle gate intercom box is on the left side of the gate when coming into the complex. Unfortunately for the middle gate the sensor to let you out is on the same side. You can used the other two gates to get out.
