I booked a hotel, and it says check-in is available from 3 PM. Was 16-17 o’clock. I sent my documents via WhatsApp, called to ask when I could bring my luggage to the room, and was told they needed to prepare the document, which would take about half an hour. I waited and called again, but an hour and a half passed. I stood outside the hotel, exhausted, and asked for a refund. They did not return my money.
