"Passable"

The apartment was quite dirty when we found it and I had to clean completely the floor everywhere. It's a shame the business that was handling the place couldn't do anything for us or weren't able to do a "geste commercial" as it is normally expected

"Ok, but with problems."

Location. Parking.

Everything is very small. I'm 5'7 and my head has been hitting ceilings and beams. If you are taller, you won't fit! Better to look for something else. Be careful with shelves above your TV! They are iron with sharp edges! When I was connecting my laptop to electricity, I awkwardly straightened up and hit my head very hard on these shelves. There was a lot of blood and then it took a long time to wash it off so as not to pay a rather large fine for cleaning (fine up to 2000 euros). There is no safe, but the owners warn that someone may come in your absence. In the kitchen, the sockets do not fit the kettle, grill and coffee maker. And there is only one adapter - everything must be done one by one. The trash can is microscopic and there are no garbage bags. The personal belongings of the owners take up a lot of space. Internet is slow rather than fast. Sometimes it disappears completely. There are no instructions on how to open the gate from the inside; I somehow found it myself, but it took time.
