Owner was very helpful, sent all the details over WhatsApp with pictures identifying where things were located. Perfect for a family to stay.
The neighbours were shouting quite late at night when my child was sleeping. Thankfully didn't go on too long or wake him up.

The double bed in the smallest room, the first impressions from outside (ext paint work and weeds) could be improved.

The house was very clean and essentials left for us to use, hosts were very nice and checked in with us .
Rooms need black out blinds if you have kids but wasn't a massive issue for just 2 nights.
