The property was advertised as a three bedroom property. On arrival, only two bedrooms and one living area were accessible. The second living area and third bedroom were locked and unavailable for use. We asked for them to be opened as we had intentionally booked a 3 bedroom property. We were advised that the additional area was only opened for larger parties and that if we wanted it open, we would have to pay a supplement. We immediately highlighted the terms of our booking. The host did not respond, nor did they open the additional area. We raised the issue with Booking.com who were unable to resolve the issue. Our holiday was significantly impacted. The property is misrepresented on the Booking.com site.
