It was very clean, upstairs was well designed and lovely with beds comfy.

An extra £200 ‘refundable’ charge the day you check in that isn’t listed anywhere. The shower on ‘high power’ was unusable. It went from scolding hot to ice cold back to scolding hot back to ice cold. The living room was not ‘luxury’, TV had no terrestrial channels. The back garden Astro is held down with a rock & timber.

I had an exceptional experience with my host! I made a last minute booking around midnight, and to my surprise, they were readily available and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process even at that late hour. Their communication was prompt and reassuring, which really made me feel at ease. The apartment itself was exactly as described beautiful, clean, and thoughtfully arranged. You can tell they put effort into making the space welcoming and comfortable. Even though the weather was quite hot during my stay, the hosts went above and beyond by leaving us a full crate of bottled water. That small gesture spoke volumes about their attention to detail and genuine care for their guests. I truly appreciate their kindness and responsiveness. I highly recommend staying here and would definitely book again

Very clean and the layout was very presentable.

We book this property and our reservation its confirmed and we are on the way for this property and when we reach half way for road, get a mail that your reservation is cancel due to owner issue, we waste our time, waste a fuel we are 5 people including 9 years old child we struggling whole night. Its was bad experience for us now no more from booking.com

The house was lovely. Very clean equipped for cooking,washing nice garden, there's a.shop juat across the road amd a tesco about 20 away. Good size room big lounge

They only bad point was there was.no tvs in the bedrooms and the kids and me would of like to snuggle up in bed with a movie.

Was clean and cosy and had everything we needed.

It was not quite what we expected. I think it has the potential to be much better with a bit more care and attention to detail. The photos are accurate but on arrival we were thinking have we got the right place? It was not the luxury 2 bed house we had imagined it to be. It probably has been before but unfortunately when we went it was not quite what we had hoped or expected. Broken drawers in the fridge and freezer. The garden had rubbish in it, saw cigarette butts and nowhere to sit down.. I tidied up the rubbish and I cleaned the house as well as I could while we were there. Thankfully I took photos and a video and contacted the owner who reassured me that we'd get the deposit back and not be charged for the things that we noticed that had been damaged/broken. The owner was quick to respond to me and fine. I think maybe it is a hard time.. so I can let it go! We still enjoyed our stay and had a great time at the Hangloose Adventure place near the Bluewater shopping centre.

No clothes dryer - had to hang the clothes out on a frame and it was difficult to get them dry.
