VIDHI VILLA -Besides Valley View 360 with Luxurious Swimming pool & AC

It's an extremely good place to stay at an affordable rate. Service and food is also great. View of the sunrise from the balcony is truly surreal. I'd totally recommend staying in this Villa because me and my friends had a really amazing experience there

All was okay

Property was good,Host and food met my expectations. Only one thing Property is too far from the city and Road needs to be repaired . Owner should look into this on priority basis.

Reaching to the property. Due Roads are not upto mark. Need to work on the that. Owner should look into this.

Spacious apartment

Overall property built-up is good, but needs to be maintained properly. A complete turnoff on behavioural aspect as it's not something anyone would like to experience during their vacation. My child was unwell because of the travel, and on top of it property owner made zero efforts to make us feel welcomed. 1. Booking.com portal does not mention it anywhere that full payment needs to be done at the time of checkout, including this clause will be helpful to proceed while booking such property, since such terms & conditions are imposed by the property owner. 2. My family checked-in at 10:30 PM, where both care taker & owner were insisting to make a complete payment at that immediate instance, for which 50% payment was already made at the time of booking. Could have been little considerate that the guests are supposed to stay for 2 days and not running away without making payment. 3. I had already clarified about the requirement of kitchen & related items since I've been traveling with a child. In spite of booking a 2BHK, the care taker asked us to pay Rs 1500 extra for the kitchen, only after speaking with the owner, care taker agreed to "heat the food" instead of cooking some khichadi for the child. Rest all apartments I booked till now always had a provision of cooking basic items like rice & maggi. 4. Initially we were given some dirty bedsheets, no pillow cover and a stinking blanket. Of which the stinking blanket was not changed at all, and other things provided only after owner's intervention(attached image) 5. Tap in the washroom wasn't working, which was fixed once we asked them to do so on an immediate basis 6. Curtain needs to be washed, it has dirt stains all over, wall needs to be cleaned(attached images)

I liked the location, limited rooms so privacy is maintained. Bhurji items, Parathas were good. Caretaker was very polite and the view is very good.

The pool is very big and nice and the staff is very polite and the caretaker makes good tasty food in very less making charges
