VIDHI VILLA -Besides Valley View 360 with Luxurious Swimming pool & AC

The villa was located at a picturesque location. The mist and the lush green landscape view from the room was surreal. The rooms looked swanky and hygienic. Definitely recommend it!

Nothing much. My only grouse is they should've had a more variety of vegetarian dishes to offer.

There was construction work in the property.... The owner should ensure that any construction activity should be done when there are no customers in the property..... Property is really good..... But not yet fully constructed.....

Amazing view and Comfort

The approach road is pretty bad. Rooms were fine but entirely mismanaged property. Only thing which I like was the view from one of the rooms.

Approach road full of potholes. The caretaker doesn't answer phone calls, first day when we reached, a pet dog came and sat on the bed with dirty paws. Later the evening, there was no current and inverter was switched on. However phones could not be charged on inverter. None of the three pin plugs were working. The inverter also gave way around 10.00 pm and thereafter there was no electricity or light. The caretaker did not pick up any calls and didn't even bother to give any candles or emergency light. It was hard to even use the toilet in the pitch dark. The phone's battery had already died by that time. Entire experience was a nightmare. Our of four days which I had booked, I could survive only one day, vacated the property as soon as the first scary night was over.

The rooms were spacious and neat. The view outside the villa was awesome as if you are in heaven. The roads to the villa are not good but lets not take it as negative and the owner is planning to work on making good roads leading to the villa. The food was good but I felt the quantity was not justified to the amount charged.

There was nothing to like as the caretaker had already spoiled the mood with his super egoistic responses. Pool was under construction.

The stay was pathetic. There is no fan in the hall room cz of which it was difficult to sit with family and have fun. The air cooler was not working. TV was not working up to the mark. The caretaker was rude and acted as he was the boss. The bathrooms were not cleaned and looked were used by the workers doing the construction work outside. I politely asked the caretaker to please clean the toilets as I could see the urine on the pot. He kept asking kya Ganda hai....he didn't even changed the bedsheet. The glass on one of the bathrooms was broken and there was no privacy.There were marks of someone eating food that would have fallen on the bed. The pictures are deceiving on the booking.com. I will never recommend this to anyone. And even you should stop scamming people with their money.

Our stay was exceptional! The staff were friendly, and the room was beyond comfortable. Great location and amenities. Impeccable service and stunning views. Friendly, accommodating staff, willing to help with a smile. Facilities, swimming pool were renovated and good looking rooms. There was a manager that helped to serve us during the set dinners, he was very helpful and polite. Nice cosy room. Newly refurbished room, bathroom was cleaned and bad was comfortable. Nice lobby with some sort grand old fashioned decor staffs were very friendly and service were excellent. Definitely will come back y=to stay here.

This is the second time we have come as a family to one of the Elite Havens villas. Just like the last time, we really enjoyed our time here. The staff are really friendly and helpful. The food was great once the chef understood our spicy taste. The kids really enjoyed all the amenities, especially the pool! We are looking forward to coming back next year!

Property is well maintained … stafff is too much friendly and supportive … facility for WiFi hot water food stay comfort … all was good ..!! Overall very nice experience..!! Can’t wait to go again ..!! 😍
