For a long stay you would expect linen etc to be changed at least once a week. We are still waiting for our breakage deposit refund. Hosts says it not their responsibility but Bookings.com

I had no wifi from Friday till Sunday
ZAI appreciated the host’s clear and effective communication. The apartment is conveniently located within walking distance of a shopping center and features a spacious balcony with a comfortable couch.
Durban is consistently hot and humid, and I recommend installing an air conditioner, as the heat can make it difficult to sleep at night, even with a fan.
ZAI liked almost everything about the place and the security is on another level👌
