Luxury apartment 50m from the beach!

Good communication, perfect location, fully equipped

The apartment contained everything you could want for your stay. Whoever owns the place, they clearly use it themselves and it shows. This is no 'rental', this is a loved and used property. The beds were superb, the kitchen modern and well equipped. The fans (in both bedrooms) were excellent - no need for air con even in the height of summer. Superb place.

The rooftop terrace could do with some love. Maybe a refresh of the furniture... And a bigger table.

The apartment had everything you need for self catering. It's close to the city center and the beach. Communication with the host was very easy. We recommend it and we would like to come here again.

The humidity in the apartment was very high.

It is a nice, newly renovated apartment very close to the beach and the center. The bed is very comfy, the bathroom and the kitchen are well equipped too, even a proper meal can be cooked. It has a rooftop terrace, 2 flights of stairs up, with a view of other roofs and houses. Good internet all around the apartment, washing machine can be used if staying longer. Blanes is quite lively even during the off season with the locals in the center, shops and restaurants are only a few steps away.

The apartment has no proper heating. The windows overlook to 2 narrow streets and an inner lichthof, so it doesn' t have a view or much light coming in. The walls are thick and it must be a nice and cool place in the summer, but freezing cold in December. The owner had a mobile gas heater sent after complaining about the temperature inside, and the 2, wallpaper looking "heating sheets", that did not provide any heat at all. The mobile gas heater wasn't easy to turn on, it couldn' t heat up the whole place comfortably and had some technical difficulties. This apartment is not winter or cold weather proof, unless you like to see your breath inside too. It must be an advantage during the summer heat when you want less light and a cold place.

We had a wonderful time in Blanes. The apartments in reality are even better than on the photo, bright, tastefully selected interior details, everything in the apartments is new, the sea with a beautiful promenade across the street with beautiful scenery and clear water. Shops, restaurants all in walking distance and the atmosphere of little Spain is exactly what we wanted. In the apartment was all thought out to the smallest detail for a good and comfortable holiday: beautiful crockery, bath accessories, beach accessories, coffee and tea, coffee maker, lanterns for evening picnic on the beach, in the fridge on arrival was cold water to quench thirst. Comfortable beds with clean fragrant linen, view from the window on the streets of Spanish houses and even see the sea, and yet very comfortable to rest and sleep. Special atmosphere on the roof of the apartment, where we spent evenings enjoying the sea air with a glass of wine overlooking the mountain, the ancient fortress and the ancient church with amazing bells ringing. I recommend this place for a holiday to everyone who wants to plunge into the Spanish atmosphere and enjoy the holiday.
