NOTHING!! We didn’t stay because of the location. We didn’t feel it was a safe place to stay!! The vibe and with no parking we decided to go somewhere else. Most anyone that would book this would probably feel the same way unless you like that type of environment. We left knowing we might lose $800.00 that’s how uneasy we felt about our situation.

The way things were described and the way things were was just not accurate or acceptable. We wasted a whole day of our vacation between getting there and then finding another place. And the owners reaction was It’s New York what do you expect! I will be fighting for my money back. It’s has been my only bad experience when using Booking.com. Hopefully they will help in recovery on my hard earned money!
