The Obsidian - Sea View 7

The location, and the view from the balcony. These were the ONLY two things accurate.

1. The communication about the address came very late. I was already in the taxi and I still didn't know where to go exactly. 2. All the appliances in the house are out dated. 3. The non-master bedroom bed is terrible. It is extremely small for two adults to sleep comfortably. 4. The ACs don't work efficiently and make noise. 5. There is construction around the house, and it was noisy in the morning that would wake us up. 6. The dish washer is not working properly, time to change. 7. The oven is not working, and is making a loud noise. Time to change.

The apartment has an amazing view! There was no communication about the apartment, such as coffee, Netflix, grocery, lights, water, eating out, activities etc. The only communication was for us “NOT to Party”!!! Just crazy!! I would not recommend this apartment without some improvements!

Wonderful view, high standard, nicely decorated, great kitchen facilities, a lot of tables:-) EC adapters everywhere. Useful clothes drier. Very good location. Renovated building and apartment.

Beddings could be more comfy. Communication with hosts somewhat chaotic. Property location wrongly pinned on booking page. Missing some instructions written down.

Just perfect. Excellent view, spacious apartment with all the facilities. In winter we could always find a parking place nearby, no stress at all. Good communication with the host. We were very happy to stay there.
