I cannot say enough amazing things about my stay at Carola's place. I booked two separate apartments- one for my husband and one for my parents. First and foremost, the host, Emanuela, was truly wonderful and so kind. She greeted us when we arrived and provided so much helpful insight about the area. Throughout our entire stay, she was very responsive and went above and beyond to make sure my family and I were comfortable and had everything we needed. We had encountered an issue where we could not find any uber or taxi to take us to the airport for our return flight. Emanuela went out of her way to find a solution and arrange transportation for my family and I. We were so relieved and thankful for all her help and hospitality. In addition, we were all extremely impressed with how clean, spacious, and comfortable the units were. They had all the amenities we needed. The location was perfect: just a 15-20 min walk from Como city center and there is also a bus stop right across the street that takes you directly to the city center. We went during peak season when Como was crowded with tourists so it was nice to come back to a more quiet neighborhood after a long day. Overall, the comfort and hospitality at Carola's place exceeded my expectations and I will definitely be staying there again during future visits to Lake Como.
