Cozy Crib @ Air Residences - Makati

I enjoyed the central location in Makati City, and the many (over-priced) places to eat and get coffee right downstairs. The building is very modern and secure, with very professional staff downstairs. Very good place to stay regarding the location.

The 'self-service' nature of the place was a bit off-putting. The apartment also was quite small, a bit surprising considering how new the place is, the Wifi was in and out, and there was NO normal TV channels to watch. Without entering your own information and login for Netflix (no way!)

Low door anti-theft level, noise(poor sound insulation, including door and windows), old facilities and bad smelling, and absence of necessary cleaning things

El personal era realmente bueno en su trabajo, y me ayudaron cuando perdí el móvil y no recordaba la clave de la puerta.

Que tuviera que pagar por usar la piscina, cosa que no ponía en Booking. Y que cogiendo una habitación para dos personas, se me pusieran pegas para llevar a esa segunda persona. Vi un par de cucarachas, pero tampoco era un problema. Los ascensores eran un caos.

Great location to everywhere in the Makati city.

The lift takes forever to go up and apparently u need to pay more to check in earlier

The building was modern and kept well.the room was small but it was clean and comfortable.

The check in was horrible you supposed to be sent a room code from some broker and she was in church when i was trying to contact her. It was ridiculous. Also be very careful in was approced by a man near the property who said he worked there i spent the day with him and his cousin and his wife having lunch and seeing a lookout after having my drink spiked they got into my phone robbed me of all my Bank accounts be very careful there.
