Furnishings, equipment, location, cleanliness

Check-in at 3:00pm and Check-out at 11:00am. 4 hours between check-in and check-out is a bit too much. e.g. 13:00 check-in / 11:00 am check-out, maybe? No option to check-in earlier. Have to wait for someone to bring keys - nobody on location. Language a bit of an issue, but you can get by with basic English.

Beautifully appointed apartment!!!! Very high end! We knew this was rather far from the Madrid center but we chose it because of the interiors and we were definitely extremely happy with that choice. Very spacious too.

Far from Madrid center but property is worth it.

really nice design, fully equipped, spacious and clean. Checkin was swift and the host was available for any inquiries. Good connection with Chamartin station and metro line 10.
