Sunkissed 3BR Oceanview, Dog-Friendly Beach Home

The home was very well maintained. It had all the luxury of home.

All the notes. Felt a bit like if we did one thing wrong we would be kicked out. But with that said we understood why they were there. We did have to buy our own toilet paper as the one in the down stairs bathroom only had about 1/4 role left. Did not find extra in the closet.

We love going there for relaxation every year,we especially love taking the dogs that is their favorite place at the ocean.

Nothing that we didn't like about it.

It was close to the beach - that was about it.

The location is okay - but there is no view whatsoever from the first floor. The view is someone's garage! And to get to the backyard, you have to walk through the bedroom. The general layout of the home leaves much to be desired. No ensuite - for a newer build home, it was weird not to have an en suite. Then the resort charged us $411.00 for 1. the kids apparently left a dirty towel on the floor instead the hamper, 2. they charged us overnight fees for an extra guest when in fact the person came to pick up his daughter 3. They charged us for an extra dog when the person who came to pick up his daughter brought his dog and they both left at 11PM on the same day. 3. They charged us for cleaning dishes although we received an email the day prior stating to leave dishes in the sink, albeith we did wash a load of dishes and 4. they charged us for "broken" drapes - which were intact when we left. I tried to remedy this via booking.com and with the property, who wouldn't even return my call. I filed a complaint with the BBB and the State Attorney General's office as this is outrageous!

Well stocked, good supply of linons. Kinda home away from home.

Walk to the beach is a stretch. But drive onto beach access 1/4 mile.

It was the most immaculate, well provisioned place we have ever stayed at. Beautifully appointed, incredibly comfortable. A great deal of pampering was available in this home. Kudos to the owners!!

This vacation home is so tastefully done. They have everything you can think of in the kitchen and even fresh herbs. Great location too. Highly recommend.

Absolutely beautiful house, very clean and organized. The house and kitchen have everything you could possibly need or want, including an espresso machine. All you need to bring is your toothbrush.

The view of the ocean is very small and between two houses. No waves can be seen.
