Spacious, close to metro station, 15 minutes ride to/from airport by taxi. Well equipped, safe. Friendly management. Lidl nearby in case you may need anything.

Difficult access from the street through the app(need internet connection), but you are provided with a key after your first access. The squeaky floorboards need attention. Maybe a complimentary bottle of mineral water for the thirsty tourist would be a good idea to implement.

The apartment was spacious and very clean. It was well decorated. The bed in the bedroom was very comfortable. The air conditioner worked well too. The shower was big and was an easy in and out. The closet was large with many hangers, drawer and shelf space. The apartment was very safe and secure, and very little of the outside noises came through. There were great restaurants and a supermarket (LIDL) within easy walking distance. There is a Metro station close (Bilbao) and Taxis are easy to hail just one street over. It's a busy area, but we always felt safe! Heading into the city center was an easy downhill walk. We would often walk to things then taxi back at the end of the day.

It's hard to find anything we didn't like. It was very comfortable for us. Advice: Make your first trip to the supermarket if you want the basics like coffee, creamer, sugar and such. (make sure you get the right pods for the coffee maker) If you're staying a week you'll want to buy a bit more paper goods too.

Spacious, elegantly furnished, well equipped apartment 150 metres from Metro and short and pleasant walk into the city centre. Located at the quieter end of Calle San Andres but offering Immediate access to good food shopping, bars and restaurants. really great base from which to explore Madrid and get to know the city’s lifestyle.

Layout of the apartment means that Wi-Fi signal in bedroom is weak/sometimes non existent.
