Bella piscina e cucina abbastanza fornita! La proprietaria é stata molto disponibile e celere nel procurarci un ventilatore quando le abbiamo fatto presente che faceva molto caldo ma sopratutto quando abbiamo trovato qualche blatta ha fatto venire subito qualcuno per disinfestare l’appartamento.

Purtroppo abbiamo trovato diverse blatte nell’appartamento, meno dopo la disinfestazione fatta appositamente. Per 10 giorni abbiamo avuto soltanto due asciugamani ciascuno, sarebbe stato meglio avere un cambio, soprattutto vista la durata del soggiorno.

the apartment was very stuffy as there is no air conditioning. good facilities mostly but there was no fresh towels, toilet roll or hand soap replenishments meaning we had to reuse and purchase items we needed in this department

We searched the apartment with kitchen and double bad.

The photos provided about the apartment do not correspond to its actual condition. The wall from grey ceramic tile in the shower was broken and there was a long white vertical line on it. The white wall near the entrance door was with big hole. All white walls ware with different grey stripes. The building is old with old entrance doors and old ceramic tile on the floor. On the second day the shower totally broked. Pier came on the next day and changed the shower head. When I showed him other problems, he asked me if I want him right away to paint the walls. I still don’t understand if he was mocking me or if he was actually going to paint the walls in our presence. After my request to Pier to give us another apartment, I`ve got a call from building manager Paola. I felt like the apartment management was doing us a favor by discussing with us the problems we found in the apartment, rather than providing service for the money we paid and trying to fix the problems we found out. I was told that the hole in the wall near the front door was formed due to the fact that the previous client did not hold the door and it slammed too hard due to a draught, that the apartment was at a discount price, that all the clients before us liked it, that this apartment is not a hotel, and in the end the apartment will not be changed. According to my observations, at least half of the apartments in the building were unoccupied.

The apartment was clean and very comfortable, especially the bed. It is well located and there is a lot to do in the local area. The owner was very welcoming and helpful. The apartment has everything you might need and more.

The only downside is that the walls are a little thin, which isn't great for light sleepers.

The lovely host met me at the property at the pre-arranged time and everything went so smoothly. All appliances were there that I needed and the supermarket across the way had the essentials. Lidl is only a short walk away. I didn't want to leave there. Top marks! I hope to return very soon.
