Kitchen facilities are not adequate if you want to have more than a toast for breakfast. Pictures in the ad are a little bit misleading when it comes to kitchen facilities. It's basically a bathroom vanity that has a little bit more space and a small cabinet with toaster and some pans with one electric plate that barely brings water to a boil. Asking the host if they can provide drinking glasses as there aren't any, they simply replied no as we already provided cups for the coffee making set-up - not a very customer first philosophy. The kitchen cabinet wasn't clean when we took the apartment, the spare cushions in the laundry cabinet are dirty and not usable. The air-conditioning unit is an in wall noise producing monster and not anything that helps you sleep heavenly in Hawaii. Overall we wouldn't choose this apartment again despite the location.
