There was nothing to be liked.

Staff totally unfriendly, no cleanliness it’s nothing like you have mentioned on your site. It’s a ‘couple friendly’ hotel with minimum facilities and not for professional travellers who wish to stay for business. Staff totally denied we booked the room first then said they will give us one only. I fought with them showed booking docs then they agreed to give two rooms that too were very poor. Bathroom were so unclean like no one cleaned there in years, bedsheets were used ones, no TV, no personal kits, even the toilet was leaking all the time. we fought to change the room but they were like u need to adjust 10 or 20 percent. Then finally after two days they gave us new rooms they were ok ok but again there were birds nesting in balcony, in the corridor they keep garbage. there was no dustbin in the room we were asked to gather garbage in one corner so when we leave they will collect it. and lastly there is no hot water from geysers in maximum rooms. I totally not recommend this hotel this is good for those who want to do their ‘unethical business’ on hourly basis only. And staff was like kar do complaint kisi karna hai.

the lift was not working...bedsheets were dirty...no water in washroom...the paint wad falling off the roof/wall. We left the hotel instantly even after paying

Really, very disappointing. Absolutely, there is nothing other than a room. No facilities, nothing. No cleanliness, no hygiene. They have not provided even basic facilities like hot water kettle, coffee tea, basic soap, and shampoo in washroom etc Lift is there, but it won’t work. You have to carry your own luggage to 2nd or third floors. Power will go off frequently. In my package i have included breakfast, but they have not provided breakfast No daily housekeeping . They are just interested in the 50% balance amount After that, they will not look at you How people gave 5 star rating . I don’t know

All fabricated picture and I liked nothing

First of all, the pictures shown are fabricated. We had a booking for two rooms scheduled at 10 pm and reached there, but the staff didn't receive well and informed that there were no rooms and argued to go and discuss with oyo and not us. With great difficulties they arranged room after 1 hrs time. That room was not having water supply. Manager is playing double game that he is not aware and assistants are telling him that r u not aware that room has no connection ? Later they changed another room and in this they don't have a bucket and mug for fresh up .. Assistants were digging from the scrap to identify one, but failed. So started opening rooms one by one and at one stage they even opened room at 23:00 hrs which was occupied. somehow they managed one bucket and mug. The second room was arranged after 15 mins by 23:15 hrs and has same issue i.e., no mug but one bucket was available which has a big hole at the bottom. and is of no use. Considering the late odd hours we adjusted ourselves and continued. Later in the morning there's no hot water supply and I was forced to have bath with that chilling water in this winter season. Rom has no ventilation Full of mosquitoes No drinking water Nasty disgusting smell from beds Water draining in bathrooms Very poor lighting and not working Lift is non functional and were allowed rooms in 2nd and 3rd floors Manager was rude enough and told to get out and manage in someother hotel. Manager and staff are arguing and shouting st each other. Manager was. not fully aware of booking management system a d takes help of assistants. They were discussing about some other open bookings and to avoid any such issues they switched off their mobiles and locked the main door. i was not given any hotel bill for the stay and they were trying to give me one receipt like on a piece of paper strip. Its more than 36 hours and as of now the bill was not generated.

The hotel was delightful, The access was a major highlight of our stay

Nothing to like, maybe low price

Hard to find this hotel, there is sign board on entrance. Whole infrastructure is under construction, lift broken Directly room, no flush in toilets, bad smell in room.
