Monica at the front desk was very friendly and cheerful!

There wasn't very much offered for breakfast. The lady who worked the breakfast was not helpful and looked like she didn't want to be there.

For a Casino i would have expected a little more variety for breakfast.

Good location

We've stayed at a Hampton Inn down the street and the quality was exactly the same. If we had known that, we would have booked at the Hampton for a lot less. Our expectations were higher for Zia. We also notified the hotel that we might arrive early and understood that it might be accommodated, depending on what was available. When we arrived, a room was available but we were charged for early check in. It was never communicated that there was a fee for that. All around disappointed
