Max bet on a slot machine ( huff and puff) was in the process of a 5 chain saw buzz bonus pay out !! Closing casino time in middle of payout and power was cut to all machines!! Got a voucher for money I had as credit; but lost my bonus!!! No one around to complain too!!

Overall nice stay.. staff was friendly.

room could have better cleaning details.. There was food left on the chair and the counter in bathroom was not properly clean. Sheets on bed was torn.

I enjoyed that the employees were very professional friendly and welcoming.

I didn't like was the shower head in my bathroom was all corroded the water didn't come out very good me and my family did take our own shampoo and body wash but we did notice that you're facility provided that unfortunately we try to utilize it and they were all empty but overall we did enjoy our stay.

Staff were very nice, beds were very comfortable. Very nice lobby, halls smelled nice.

Dirty floors!! Bring your slippers. No cold water choice was hot or very hot.
