Wasn’t very clean. Not enough parking. One staff member at check in wasn’t very helpful about finding somewhere to park our other car. Had to drive it 9 miles down the road to park it our entire stay. All 8 people couldn’t ride in one car. So it made it very aggravating trying to get out and do things with one car there at the place.

Where do I start- DO NOT STAY HERE OR RENT FROM Alabama Vacation Rentals!!! First we get there walk into the condo, that has a nasty smell, you walk on in more and see plugs in the wall pushed in, tried to open the doors to the laundry room and it wouldn’t open (had to contact them, later will mention this), in the laundry room is also the air conditioner that says DONT TOUCH HIGH VOLTAGE- this is right next to the washer/dryer, there’s a hole cut in the ceiling and exposed wires on top of the air conditioner, then we see the air filter is so dirty it hasn’t been cleaned in over 6mths it looks like it’s thickly covered in dust, go on into the living room and the beautiful picture shows this furniture far away-why? Because it is filthy!! Stains and dirty and also smells- it looks as if it came from the goodwill, if not it needs to go there, it’s gross too!! For as much money as we paid for this place it sure does need a lot of work, that’s not all!!…The majority of the lamps were falling apart/wabbly, the living room one was plugged into an outdoor extension cord??why, Do not let me forget to tell you about whatever is in that nasty squeeky, no springs couch…we got bit by something every time we sat on it!!! No joke!! There was only a couch and chair the rest was hard barstools so we had no choice but to sit there, continuing on…let’s talk about why we couldn’t get the tv to work in the extra bedroom with two beds- there was wires on wires in wires And several remotes and a switch on the wall for the cable, not for the ceiling fan or lights-the cable??, OH Let’s not forget as we were trying to get the tv on we saw that the bed was holding in the cable to the wall that had a hole in the wall!!! It wasn’t even attached to the wall the bed held it in Woww!!! TALK ABOUT DANGEROUS AND using the bed to hold it in?

Great location, clean, comfortable! Will stay again in the future.

Washer and dryer didn’t run at the same time. Small inconvenience

Great location; close to the beach.

I didn't like the $50 parking fee for myself and each guest. My children parked down the street. The freezer wasn't functioning when we arrived, so we bought bags of ice.

Code didn’t work; but I called & was immediately given new code. Good customer service. Freezer had a solid block of ice; so ice maker didn’t work; we just bought ice & made the best of it! Dryer lint vent was broken & sitting on top of dryer when we got there! Bedroom with 2 beds needs better mattresses.. KS bed was great Kitchen needs a can opener ! Good hot water! And unit was clean!!

The view was amazing. The condo was beautiful

Needed to be cleaned more, baseboards were gross in main bathroom. Fridge was nasty under glass, needed to be cleaned. There needs to be a recliner in living room, the chair was very uncomfortable and a better eating area
