The apartment was spacious, providing plenty of room to relax and move around. • The bed was very comfortable, and the linens were of decent quality, contributing to a restful stay. • I enjoyed having the espresso machine, which came fully stocked with plenty of espresso pods. • The manager was responsive when I requested an extended check-out.

Noise: The apartment lacks soundproofing, and I could hear neighbors moving around above me and in the hallways at all hours. Security: The front door to the building does not automatically lock, leaving the entire property vulnerable. Accessibility: The steep stairs to the apartment are challenging and unsuitable for anyone with mobility issues. Cleanliness and Maintenance: The white furniture is visibly stained, the painted floors are chipped, and the paint job throughout the apartment is sloppy. The towel rack broke immediately upon use, and the espresso machine hadn’t been cleaned before my arrival. Climate and Odors: The location near a sewage treatment plant occasionally brings unpleasant odors. With the air conditioning off for the winter and no way to open the windows, the apartment became uncomfortably hot even with the thermostat and heat turned off. Aesthetics and Privacy: The building lacks curb appeal and is unattractive. Additionally, the apartment offers little privacy, as people in the parking lot can easily see inside despite it being a second-floor unit.

Easy access, great parking, quiet.

We loved the decor and the spaciousness. Good bed. Close to all the sights to see in DC either by car or Uber.

Clean and comfortable. It has its free private parking lot. Its location is close to many attractions and daily needs. The staff were supportive and responsive.

Very nice place and fully furnished. Awesome neighborhood really calm and quiet place. A park in front of the house and an Indian restaurant literally 2 minutes walk away. Just 500 meters down the road are more restaurants and grocery store as-well. I was traveling on car but instead of using it i used uber to travel to the attractions as it is really close (hardly 10 min) and would cost less than 12-15$ and is cheaper then the hastle of paid parking.
