"Prachtige nieuwe studio met supercentrale ligging"

Dit appartement maakt deel uit van een vernieuwd gebouw op het centrale pleintje van Camare de Lobos. Wij hadden het appartement op de 1e verdieping aan de straatkant, dus waarschijnlijk het minst rustige. Op zoch meestal geen probleem, behalve enkele nachtelijke rumoerige momenten op de terrassen op het pleintje. Dus voorzie zeker oordoppen. Voor de rest een super uitgeruste studio met moderne badkamer, keukenhoek en gezellige hoge tafel met 4 krukken. Groot en comfortabel bed; smart-TV enz. Verder veel terrasjes op enkele meter afstand, evenals supermarkt bovenaan de straat.

Nachtlawaai dus soms (buiten), dus voorzie je daarop. Parking op het parkeerplein vlakbij kost 1 euro/u, maar er is ook gratis parkeerplaats wat verder (bijv. Miradouro Churchill op 300m afstand).

L'appart est très bien situé, en plein centre, parfait pour 2 personnes. La décoration est très moderne et sobre. Il y a plusieurs parkings payant où non a proximité. Gratuit le soir après 20h jusqu'à 8h et les dimanches.

Rien, Il faudrait juste mettre une casserole où un micro ondes a disposition pour chauffer le lait du petit déjeuner. 😉.

A casa era bastante espaçosa ,limpa e bem decorada. Gostamos muito da casa de banho pois era grande e moderna.

O equipamento da cozinha é muito básico, nao tem rede como mostra na foto, a cama não é muito confortável

Bon emplacement , très bon accueil et réactivité

Il manque un petit canapé ou 2 fauteuils pour se poser ( la grande surface le permettrait), plus d’interphone donc un peu moins sécurisant même si tout c’est très bien passé
