"Superb location , caravan very dirty"

Very good location , very close to the beach and town centre, local store on site .

Despite the caravan being located very nicely with car park near etc , everything in the caravan was very dirty , smelly or even broken . Since it is a pet friendly caravan you wont expect 5⭐️ appearance , however, there were pans with oil under the sink , the microwave very sticky and dirty , and we did not even have toilet paper in the toilets .

"The caravan was not clean"

Nothing

There was no shower facilities when we got there. There was stains on the bed sheets and the beds it’s self. The caravan was not clean and on further inspection there mould be-hide the cushions. There was waste in shower what could be the backing up of the shower or was there prior. There was beared hair in front of the mirror and the fireplace.

Very rude emails...staff spoke lies...we had holidays in conrnwall..we had in April holiday...last week as well...but not that much. Not provide full cleaning stuff in kitchen and toilet...No electric socket near to bed side...we are are struggling alot..now they are deducting deposit so funny...we bought own dishwasher liquid dusting clothes for kitchen cleaning...

Area. Also any issues were resolved immediately.

There could be sign posts on road side stating the caravan numbers down each alley. This would be helpful.

"Nice but dirty"

The caravan was located in a nice place. There was a shop, a playground for kids, entertainment,a bar and two swimming pools (free outdoor and indoor/you need to pay).Easy access to town and other areas. Very good contact with the host.

The caravan was dirty and smelly. The kitchen was equipped with most of the necessary things ( no chopping board) We used a hoover before we left but it was full of dirt and smelly.
