"Very enjoyable weekend break."

The host was very friendly and gave helpful tips for visiting and getting into Oxford. The studio room was very clean and well equipped with washing machine, microwave, oven, fridge, TV and cleaning materials. The bed was exceptionally comfortable. Although the property is located on a busy road it is in a pleasant residential area.

Nothing to ruin our stay. Bear in mind, it takes at least 45 minutes to walk to the new Westgate Shopping Centre (for a fit, strong walker} which is in the main town centre. However, you can get a bus, if required. The studio is located on a surprisingly busy road although it seemed ok to park the car on the grass verge.

Most essential items present for a comfortable stay.

Camera above the front door with no warning/permission, gdpr breach? Only advised of keycode to enter shortly before due arrival time, would have been good to know there was no need to arrange a time to get in in advance. No hand soap in bathroom, weren't sure if it was hand soap or washing up liquid in kitchen - only one unlabelled dispenser. Washing machine instructions would be handy.. Only bright spot lights, so either very bright, or pitch black

"Fuss-free, quiet and safe oxford accommodation"

Host left yogurt, milk and cereal in the room for our breakfasts, super thoughtful since most places were closed over the Christmas weekend

Ventilation in the room wasn't fantastic, but that could be just due to radiator settings.

it’s brand new overall, functional and a small walk (pleasant, through park) to city centre.

some pieces of furniture are clearly repurposed and feel a bit out of context
