"Good design villa, but not recommended as long as the villa has not been repaired"

Nice swimming pool, nice kitchen, nice design.

Unfortunately the house leaks badly, so we have to clean it up at 11.00 PM and make sure no one falls because the floor is very wet due to leaks when it rains. It looks like it's been leaking for a long time because there are yellow spots on the ceiling above.
