Très bien situé à San Juan et joli cadre Le personnel est très accommodant, petit déjeuner philippin mais pouvez vous leur demander des toast si vous ne mangez pas salé le matin. Location de scooter à l’accueil via une autre guesthouse, ils vous apportent le scooter

Die Unterkunft liegt kurz vor der Brücke oder eben kurz nach der Brücke je nachdem, aus welcher Entfernung man kommt mit einem Geschehen von San Juan.

Das Frühstück befindet sich auf der gegenüberliegenden Straßenseite, dem Restaurant und man kann mit einem Coupon dort frühstücken gehen, wofür man sich dann bewegen muss. Das Zimmer wurde leider in der gesamten Woche nicht einmal sauber gemacht.

l’établissement est bien situé. Le personnel est réactif. Le restaurant qui dépend également de l’hôtel est agréable.

La chambre est très petite. Et il ne faut pas avoir de trop grandes jambes pour s’asseoir sur les toilettes.

Les cabanes, l’emplacement, la climatisation. Mais surtout le petit déjeuner incroyable avec une vue magnifique sur la mer !

Si vraiment il fait trouver quelque chose : Il n’y avait pas d’eau chaude. Mais finalement vu les températures nous nous y sommes bien habituées.

The room is spacious, the view for breakfast/dinner is amazing. Food is great; overall we had an amazing stay with my wife.

As the music stops at 10PM, it would be nice if the property could start the ambiance music a bit later than 7am... This is just common sense at this level. One slight thing that i believe is hard to control is that pandesal seller passing by the road with loud speaker announcing he is here.. No decency this thing starts at 7am and will wake you up for sure.

There was a really beautiful restaurant on the beachfront, with very kind staff and good food. Few minimarkets directly by the hotel.

The bed was unfortunately very uncomfortable, and the Wi-Fi didn't work in the room. It wasn't good value for money.

The property was very interesting as it has a native hut vibe. Beds were comfortable, and location was good. We had the included breakfast at the restobar, and it was very good (had a standard English & Filipino breakfast) We specially came from Lazi to San Juan for New Years Festivities. the rooms are very close to the main highway (Good from a walking/convenience perspective). They use these special motors with loud exhaust that they ride up and down the highway in celebration. That went on until almost 3AM. So alot of fun I'm sure if you are a night owl.

The aircon was weak, so it was hot and made it a little hard to sleep. You need to be careful walking around the property, there is poured concrete, but the a lot of little step ups/step downs, so you have to always be wary of where you step. The bathroom was wet room design (which is common here) but the design (narrow & long) meant it was near impossible to go to toliet without walking over very wet floor, but otherwise ok.

1. Ci é crollato un lavandino addosso e ce l’hanno anche fatto pagare. 2. Stanza non pulita (trovato ragno di dimensioni bibliche e scarafaggi) 3. Finestra del bagno rotta che rimane sempre aperta (quindi entra la qualunque dentro la stanza) 4. Trovare qualcuno alla reception non é mai stato semplice 5. Solo due opzioni di colazione inclusa (tutte e due salate) Dispiace per lo staff perché alla fine sono sempre carini e disponibili come tutto il popolo filippino
