It’s in great location, our family rooms at their extension area are cozy and we could cook there. The breakfast served at the main building overlooking the beach was fantasic. We will definitely go back.

The door locks of the family rooms at the extension area could be improved more.

Just the location

Room accomodation is not value for money; Small toilet & bath and no clothes rack or clothes cabinet, just a 2x2 ft shelf; One of the towels given to us had a blood stain on it which is unsanitary and very unhygienic. I had to ask for a replacement. Employees (Frontdesk, Cashier and Waiters/Waitresses are not smiling and do not approach customers when they arrive and even when already seated. We had to approach the bar multiple times to make an order and follow up on orders. The crew seems very disorganized and overwhelmed. Im not sure if they are properly trained by TESDA or any qualified crew. If they did have trainings, they should go through a refesher in the basics of F&B and Hospitality Business at the very least. On 3rd day of our stay, Crew did not even bother to bring the ordered food to our room where we specifically requested it to be sent since one of us was not feeling well and wanted to have food in-room. The kitchen was literally only 27-30 steps from our Room 4 at the 2nd floor. This should be commonsensical. Im not coming back to this hotel, nor eat in its restaurant nor even make the slightest thought of reconsidering or recommending at the very least of options to friends and families. Service crew are spilling left over food sauces to the sea in the cove area after cleaning up the view deck dishes and do not even pick the used tissues that fall off.
