I like that it's near the beach and near with almost everything in San Juan area.

I like the location, the proximity to the restaurants and bars, the beach, the convenience store, the tourist sites, and the highway. I like its exclusive atmosphere.

The room is too small, it lacks space and cabinets for your stuff.

Location & set up were fantastic with a kitchen area & very clean, modern shared bathroom facilities.

Our bungalow was small & very close to the road and generator (which was on regularly due to power cuts). The road was very loud & the bar (part of the complex) was also loud with music and chatting until late. Didn’t sleep very well due to the noise - but if you were in a bungalow further away from the road this would not be an issue!

The location was great! the room was clean. The common area was clean too. and I like that there is a shared kitchen where you can cook and grill.

Nicer, thicker blankets would be nice. The van rental is too expensive, we availed it from 3pm to 6pm and the rate was the same as renting it for an entire day. The driver seemed like he didn’t want to drive us, I was there when the receptionist asked him to drive us and she had to convince him. And when he agreed, and we told him the places that we wanted to go to, he refused because according to him it was too far but really it was not. Even if it was far, I paid for it. I think he was just being lazy. He drove like crazy too. Food was okay, normal filipino food, but the service wasn’t good. Waiting time was so long. On our last day we waited 1 hour before the food was served even if there were only 2 other guest waiting for their food as well. Worse is after the long wait, our order was was incomplete

Great location, close to everything in San Juan and - touristy stuff all within half hour bike ride.

Nothing really - you get what you pay for - simple basic accommodation with or without aircon - I went for a fan room - surprisingly I did die even though it was in 30's!!! Only thing that could be better is water pressure, but that is the only slight negative.
