Harford House Studios 21 - Hopewell

The apartment was ideally located for attending a concert at the O2. The communication from the host beforehand and during was excellent and very clear. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Overall a pleasant stay.

Very central location

It was SO loud and not soundproof at all - you could hear everything outside and the flat next door were so noisy (even past midnight!). No privacy - its on the ground floor corner of a busy street and everyone can see in. Felt like a uni flat with no character. I emailed Hopewell with a couple of questions before arrival that got completely ignored.

It was spacious and looks just like the pictures.

Extremely noisy. It is on the ground floor, surrounded by pubs, clubs, and an O2 arena. Impossible to sleep on a Wednesday night, let alone in the weekend. On top of that, I left my EarPods and electric toothbrush behind - my mistake, point taken - but the team didn’t return them to me despite the fact that I was in Bristol for another 48 hours.

Good location

Lots of stairs and no lift. Hard with suitcases. TV didn’t work.
