Everything was great! This room was so worth the money paid.

i booked through Booking.com, and i was not aware that it was not under the hotel management, it is like renting directly from the owner or something like that. Only one key was given, and it is extremely inconvenient because you need the key to go out even to get a bread, without the card, you cant go back to your room. all my family member have go out together at any one time. When i ask the owner, no response at all. the next day only they told me that it was to prevent the tenant to leave the aircond on and etc etc . :( there is no toilet paper provided. no response too when i ask. It was like no one is there if you have any query at any time. TV reception is bad, can't enjoy at all. Car park extremely expensive, RM 60 from 11pm to 9am. I totally regret to give it a try that really spoiled our holiday mood.

the location is excellent

- no bathrobe - no extra towel - no slippers - There’s leaking pipe in the toilet .
