It is in the city center close to all the attractions, pubs and restaurant. The room is clean and full of kitchen stuff, though we did not cook or even use the microwave. The owner is extremely responsive and willing to provide convenience and help. We arrived very early in the morning and taxi-ed to the apartment around 9am, but the owner still let us check in the facility.
I wish the bathroom could use a bit more room. It's quite tight to sit in the toilet when facing the sink,

Location was fabulous for exploring Madrid. Apartment was comfortable and clean. Host was friendly and very helpful.
There was a degree of difficulty getting luggage up the stairs.
