Piscis 10-8 Apartment Levante Beach

El apartamento es limpio y moderno, caben cuatro personas sin problema, se agradece el aire acondicionado que funciona muy bien, el agua caliente también. La terraza muy agradable también

Normalmente en los apartamentos dejan un poco de sal o de aceite y aquí no había nada, hay lavavajillas pero no hay pastillas para usarlo, te dejan una sola pastillita de jabón para lavar los platos pero bueno. Nos encontramos una cucaracha enorme pero eso no es culpa del alojamiento claro, porque estaba muy limpio

Just far enough from the strip not to be disturbed too much. We needed a repair in the flat this was sorted very quickly.

We were surprised not to find washing up items or a tea towel. We had to buy them

Good base point with bars and restaurants opposite. Lovely sea balcony (2 sided but one side was obstructed by a kitchen tallboy) Fairly modern apartment with good kitchen, all appliances.

Stuck in the lift. Rang the operator, who didn’t speak any English, so we were unsure if anyone was going to attend. My wife does speak some Spanish but as the intercom system was poor, we could not confirm he understood. We also rang the alarm and a resident said we needed to go between floors and try the door, which didn’t work. Someone attended 30 minutes later. This happens to someone else the next day. We were on the 10th floor so using the stairs was a daily task. Comfortable beds in a room, with no room at either side, as we had to crawl up from the bottom to get in and out, with nowhere to put a phone or anything else. My pillow would sometimes turn the light switch on, when I rolled over. Tallboy kitchen unit taken out of the kitchen and replaced with an old fridge. The area above the fridge had not been filled, decorated and had the wiring, in the wall exposed. This tallboy was placed on the balcony and tied back with bungee chord, which snapped as the unit moved around with the wind, and the door would bang at night. I had to secure the unit a couple of times. The tv is a flat screen and is android, which worked with the Wi-Fi, which on most occasions, was horrendous. I haven’t experienced this since I had dial up. We stayed in this apartment last year and had a full week of noise, from am to pm, with workmen drilling, grinding, cutting in an apartment that was next to ours. We complained about it but were told they could not control what work, other people did in their apartments. In the entrance there is a sign on the wall to say all residents must seek permission before carrying out major works, so we should have been informed. Needless to say, this will be out last stay in this apartment.
