odd noise at 5 second intervals from the walls all night both nights (mice? machine?)

Near to the town centre.

1) Wrong key box number given. 2) Difficulty getting hold of host. Given a foreign telephone number at one point. 3) dirty tea towel. 4) Accommodation booked for 3 people only one towel and one hand towel provided. No hand towel for the kitchen area. 5) No bedding in place for the 3rd person on sofa bed. Eventually located duvet and pillows on the floor of a cleaning cupboard ! next to the floor mop and bucket. Totally unacceptable and I expect some compensation please. Still no linen found. When I spoke to the host Theresa she said she would get the cleaners to come back with clean linen. 6) When she eventually sent me an update, after hanging around waiting for the cleaners,she said she was out of the country and because the bedding was at the cleaners there was nothing she could do. She said we should travel to a shop and buy linen and towels - we did not have spare money. 7) The instructions said not to open the windows but the table fan didn’t work effectively. My sons needed to repair it before being able to circulate air. ALL THIS EFFECTIVELY MADE US LATE FOR OUR ARRANGEMENTS, SPOILED THE OVERALL STAY HAD DAMAGED MY CONFIDENCE IN BOOKING.COM - this was very much below expectations at the charges made - more like youth hostel standards. PLEASE REFUND AT LEAST £150

So much space! Clean and tidy. Amazing host
