Baymont by Wyndham Rocky Mount I-95

It was conveniently located. Breakfast was fine.

I'm kind of surprised Wyndham put their name on this location. We've been Wyndham travelers for a while now and th is did not live up to expectations. Perhaps it was the location but felt more like a place that someone might rent for the night to "party".

There wasn't much to like.

The light switches did not have a face plate covering. The towel rack and toilet paper holder both were coming out the wall. The room stunk and smelled like body odor and bodily fluids. The toilet clogged and the staff got mad when I asked for a plunger or a different room. The people in the room beside of me appeared to be conducting some sort of solicitation operation, and that went on all weekend. The room was nasty and I will never stay there again

It’s a beautiful hotel in a ok area

The woman at the front desk was so rude and not helpful when checking in. I booked the hotel in advanced and paid. When arriving she was unable to check me in and stated she could charge me again for the rooms or I could call Booking.com and try and get a refund. All because the didn’t receive my payment from booking.com only the reservation. When I called booking’s customer service I was then disconnected multiple times, hung up on while holding for long periods of time. (Over an hour). They told me they were waiting for the hotels response.

Very good breakfast and location was on point

The key card I had to keep getting it re-programmed.

This cannot be part of Wyndham… The most dirty trashy room I have ever seen. Shit on the toilet seat black hole on the bed sheet papers and lid of a plastic bottle on the floor destroyed lamps and furniture, full of dust on tv, table, etc, sink faucet full of water drops and spots of many colors, trash basket already full with used kleenex and plastic thar I took away to discover can metal tap rusted at the buttom of the basket trash, bath faucet and soap tray so dirty i had not a shower seating chair totally damaged floor carper full of dust, hair, etc like it was never groomed. Never again…
