When a little something popped up and kid was very scared, nothing was put in place to say “ so sorry maybe a little incentive on our behalf”

The communication was terrible! I notified them on arrival with no reply, asked about the apparent parking, no reply. All the window locks were either broken or didnt exist

Very expensive for the standard of accommodation. Very limited parki g. The yard at the back of the property was filthy with cigarette ends and filth everywhere.
GBThe location is very convenient for travelling into Cardiff centre. The inside of the property appeared to have recently been renovated and modernised.
The location - the area itself couldn’t be described as salubrious. In need of some double glazed windows.
GBGBGBInvestment had been put into this property, it just needed much more. The pool table was good fun. Good beds. Generally clean. Good size property.
The street was awful, dirty with loads of rubbish and dog mess. Parking was very difficult to find, one side of the street is residents permit parking so there's lots of competition for the few spaces left over. Weeds were growing out of the air vent in the kitchen, many of the windows were filthy, with broken handles and blown units. The beds needed mattress protectors. The two bathrooms were one bathroom and an additional separate toilet. Painting was poor, all over the glass, tiles and flooring, it's a shame that the finished painting was so bad. Radiators that had leaked had stains on the wall and skirting boards. There wasn't a garden, it was a small, depressing yard with lots of weeds. We kept all the blinds closed as no view was pleasant. Only 4 forks and not many water glasses, but loads of wine glasses.
