"Terrible location for tourists, not a hotel, nice room"

We got a lovely room with a spa bath, which was nice. Clean room, nice bed.

So this is from a tourist's perspective. I'm sure this place is nice for locals who want to be in this location. The location of this place is terrible for tourists. It's in the middle of nowhere with no public transport. We had to rent a car (which I do NOT recommend if you're not used to Italian cliff roads and drivers), much added stress and expense. Taxi from Salerno train station was I think 40euro one way for 2 people. I kind of wish we just cancelled the booking but we were past the free cancellation period. I haven't seen anything like this before. It's more like a gym/pool/ fitness club that happens to have rooms, and not a hotel that has a pool/gym, which I didn't not understand before going there. There's no hotel reception and nobody there to help check in etc. The breakfast included was cereal or a croissant, plus tea/coffee and juice boxes. The swimming pool and spa facilities etc. are not included in the price of the stay, and need to be booked in advance. We tried to use the hydro pool (no treatments) one morning when it was raining, but by the time we got hold of someone, there was only 2 hours available in the late afternoon which wasn't suitable. You can't just go there.

"Nobody welcomes except for wild stray dogs"

Nothing

In the middle of no where, nobody welcomes you except for wild stray dogs chasing and haunting. It is not a hotel or a normal B&B facility, instead it is the rest rooms of a sport club.

"A great location, with swimming pool and tennis courts"

Artemide Fiore Club offers wonderful rooms with terrace right in front of the olimpic swimming pool and tennis courts. The place is spotless clean. We had a wonderful stay and we highly recommend the place.

"Very worth to stay"

Very quiet and nice location, spacy and clean room, very good restaurant close by. Tennis court and indoor pool on spot. Nothing to complain.

The spa shown on phones wasn't open as the place is under refurbished. What a pity
